DESCRIPTION:The Triathlon Clinic will bring athletes together for 5 days of focused training in a small setting. This USA Triathlon clinic is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on coaching. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Outlaw Ranch Triathlon Clinic in beautiful Custer\, SD\, will bring athletes together for 5 days of focused training in a small setting. This USA Triathlon clinic is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on coaching\, or\, if you haven’t hired a coach in the past\, to experience what it is like to be coached firsthand for an experience that is challenging\, supportive\, and refreshing. You will leave a stronger and more confident athlete than you arrived. \nEvenings are open for visiting on various decks\, walking to the lake\, a pickup game of basketball\, or volleyball\, sitting by the campfire\, or just watching horses and wildlife in the pasture. \nClinician Jim Rowe has been a triathlete for over 20 years and an endurance coach for over 6 years. As a triathlete\, he has qualified for both the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championships. Over the past 20 years\, he has trained extensively in the Black Hills\, including very focused training for the 2023 Ironman World Championship in Nice\, France. As an endurance coach\, Jim has coached first-time triathletes\, World Championship qualifiers\, and everyone in between. His coaching is data-oriented\, but also highly influenced by the strengths and needs of each athlete. \nCost is $500 per person:\n8 Meals: Includes Sunday dinner\, Monday brunch\, and dinner\, Tuesday brunch and dinner\, Wednesday brunch and dinner\, and Thursday breakfast. \n4 Nights Housing: Sunday night- Thursday morning. Enjoy our winterized cabins next to modern shower buildings. Cabins sleep 6-8 people (bring a friend!). Meals include Friday dinner\, Saturday brunch\, snack\, and dinner\, and Sunday brunch. (Add-on available) \nThursday Night Add-on\nIf you would like to come early Thursday night\, an add-on option is available. The Thursday night add-on allows you to come in Thursday morning and quilt\, have supper\, and keep quilting until Friday morning\, when the weekend retreat begins. \nNote: There is no Monday option available this Spring Quilting Season. \nCost:\nWeekend: Includes Friday dinner\, Saturday brunch\, snack\, dinner\, and Sunday brunch. \n\n$190 Lodge or Barn Retreat Center\n$175 Cabin\n$125 Commuter\n\nThursday Add-On (cost is per night):\nLodge/Barn Retreat Center – $80\, Cabin – $70\, Commuter – $45: Includes dinner and brunch the next morning. \nFood Allergies and Specialty Diets:\nOutlaw works hard to accommodate the needs of our guests.
