On May 21, LO turns 58! Help us raise $200,000 in 24 hours to fund the counselors who change lives.
The Why
For 58 years, Lutheran Outdoor Ministries has been transforming lives through faith-filled outdoor experiences.
But camp doesn’t happen without counselors.
They are the first to wake up and the last to go to bed. They pray with homesick campers. They build confidence and faith. They are the mentors campers remember for a lifetime.
They serve an entire summer for just $4,500.
On May 21, we are raising $200,000 to fully fund 44 counselors across Outlaw Ranch, NeSoDak, and Klein Ranch.

Be part of the celebration at Outlaw Ranch, NeSoDak, or the Sioux Falls Administrative Office from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Stop by to enjoy birthday cake and fellowship, meet new camp counselors and staff, and see firsthand how God is working through outdoor ministry across South Dakota.
You’ll also have the opportunity to make your gift in person and be part of the impact that makes camp possible for so many. Whether you stay for a few minutes or the whole afternoon, we would love to celebrate with you!
